VZMD na današnji dan:

Danes na Zbornici za trgovino in industrijo v Madridu, Španiji, poteka Generalna skupščina Evropskega združenja delničarjev (Euroshareholders), katerega polnopravni član je od leta 2006 tudi VZMD. Tokratne Generalne skupščine se udeležuje preko 60  predstavnikov organizacij delničarjev in investitorjev iz Evrope, med njimi tudi    predsednik VZMD mag. Kristjan Verbič, ki se spričo pomembnega spremljajočega programa ter številnih dvo- in večstranskih pogovorov v Madridu mudi že od sinoči.

Tudi tokratno odmevno srečanje ter spremljajoče dogodke so izkoristile številne slovenske delniške družbe in institucije, ki so vključene v samostojni program VZMD - investo.si (Invest to Slovenija). V okviru programa investo.si namreč slovenske delniške družbe in institucije lahko - poleg predstavitve na spletnem portalu www.investo.si, posredovanja promocijskih materialov ipd. - vzpostavijo tudi neposredne stike s predstavniki Evropskega združenja delničarjev (Euroshareholders), Konfederacije investitorjev EU (Euroinvestors.org) in Svetovne federacije investitorjev (WFIC - World Federation of Investors Corporations) ter drugim navzočim v okviru spremljajočih dogodkov.
